As a
Prepper , your responsibilities will include: Preparing components and products for painting, including sanding, filling, masking, and cleaning Inspecting surfaces and identifying defects that require rectification Applying primers and preparing materials ahead of the paint process Using hand and power tools to achieve the required finish standards Ensuring parts are correctly masked and protected before painting About You
To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience as a
Prepper, Paint Prepper, Surface Finisher , or within a similar manufacturing environment Experience preparing metal, composite, or automotive components for painting Strong knowledge of sanding, masking, filling, and surface preparation techniques The ability to follow work instructions and technical specifications What's on Offer?
