Paint Prepper

Job Description: Our client is seeking a Paint Prepper to support the preparation of vehicles for high-quality paint refinishing. You will be responsible for preparing panels and vehicle surfaces to a professional standard, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and safely to meet company and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare vehicle panels for paint, including sanding, masking, filling, and priming Identify and rectify surface imperfections prior to painting Ensure vehicles are cleaned and correctly masked before entering the spray booth Work closely with paint technicians to maintain workflow and quality standards Follow health & safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment Requirements: Previous experience as a Paint Prepper within an accident repair or fleet environment Good knowledge of preparation techniques and materials Ability to work to deadlines with strong attention to detail Team player with a positive and reliable attitude TPBN1_UKTJ
