Working Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm, with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings

Prepare vehicles by priming, masking, and ensuring surfaces are ready for painting
Apply high-quality paint layers using industry-standard techniques suited for automotive repairs
Match paint colours accurately to factory standards
Ensure painted vehicles conform to quality inspection criteria
Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote efficiency
Collaborate effectively within a team to meet tight deadlines
Carefully inspect finished work and perform polishing where required
Strict adherence to safety regulations, utilising PPE and RPE at all timesRequirements:
At least three years’ hands-on experience as a Paint Sprayer within an automotive repair environment
In-depth knowledge of automotive paint processes and techniques
Strong attention to detail with a focus on high standards
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
Proven capability to meet deadlines in target-driven settings
Effective teamwork and communication skills
