Permanent Robertson Recruitment are seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a well-established and busy joinery team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing consistently high-quality finishes while working safely and efficiently. Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:30am - 4:00pm Key responsibilities Preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding and masking Mixing and applying paints and coatings Operating and maintaining spray-painting equipment Inspecting completed work to ensure a high-quality finish Correcting defects and completing touch-ups when required Following health and safety procedures Keeping the work area clean and organised Requirements Previous paint-spraying experience in a professional environment Good knowledge of surface preparation and paint application Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual and committed to producing quality work Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position within a professional and supportive working environment.
