Job Title: Paint Sprayer Location: Pershore Pay: £13.49 - £15.50 per hour - Opportunity to work overtime on enhanced rates of pay (up to £31 per hour) Hours: 07:45am-17:00pm Mon-Thurs, 07:45am-13:00pm Friday Join a trusted manufacturer as a Paint Sprayer and take pride in work that really matters. What you will do: * Apply wet paints to a consistent, high-quality finish * Mix paints accurately to the correct ratios * Use gloss and thickness meters to check finishes * Prepare and jig up production workpieces * Follow paint specifications, gloss levels, and thickness requirements * Work safely with PPE, following COSHH and H&S procedures * Move quickly between jobs with minimal supervision * Organise workflow to keep production on track Skills and Experience: Essential * Previous wet paint spraying experience (industrial or automotive) * Understanding of COSHH and safe use of PPE * Ability to follow instructions and deliver consistent results * A positive, can-do attitude, and the ability to work on your own initiative Desirable: * Spray painting certification * Experience using gloss (Gu) and thickness (DFT) meters * Flexibility to work different shifts when required If you are interested in our Paint Sprayer role or would like some more information, then please apply now
