You will be part of a skilled team, applying wet paints to a high-quality finish on components used in safety critical defence, and engineering projects. From our modern facility in Worcestershire, our team uses the latest fabrication, inspection, and assembly equipment to deliver products that meet the highest standards. Duties Apply wet paints to a consistent, high-quality finish Mix paints accurately to the correct ratios Use gloss and thickness meters to check finishes Prepare and jig up production workpieces Follow paint specifications, gloss levels, and thickness requirements Work safely with PPE, following COSHH and H&S procedures Move quickly between jobs with minimal supervision Organise workflow to keep production on track Essential skills Previous wet paint spraying experience (industrial or automotive) Understanding of COSHH and safe use of PPE Ability to follow instructions and deliver consistent results A positive, can-do attitude, and the ability to work on your own initiative Desirable: Spray painting certification Experience using gloss (Gu) and thickness (DFT) meters Flexibility to work different shifts when required This is a career opportunity with an employer of choice in Worcestershire !
