We are currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer for a well-established accident repair centre in Rochdale. Paid breaks and team event budgetsDuties of the Paint Sprayer:
Prepare, prime, mask, and paint vehicles to a high standard
Accurately colour match panels, following manufacturer specifications
Apply paint efficiently to achieve a high-quality finish
Inspect finished work and perform polishing if required
Work within production targets, ensuring timely completion of repairs
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace adhering to PPE and RPE protocols
Collaborate effectively within a busy repair team
Ensure all work complies with quality control and insurance standardsRequirements of the Paint Sprayer:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer, ideally within an accident repair environment
Strong knowledge of vehicle preparation, painting processes, and finishing techniques
Exceptional attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work from preparation through to final finish efficiently
Good time management skills; able to meet strict deadlines
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workshop environment
