Pallet Repairer & Pallet Sorter 📍 Location: Carrington ⏰ Hours: Starting hours: Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm before moving to a rotating shift: Monday – Friday, 06:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm 💰 Pay: £12.71 - £14.00 per hour 📄 Contract: Temporary ongoing (long term)  Key Responsibilities: • Inspecting pallets for damage or defects • Sorting pallets based on size, condition, and type • Repairing damaged pallets using hand and power tools • Removing broken boards and replacing them with new timber • Stacking and organising pallets in designated areas • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment • Following all health and safety procedures Requirements: ✅Previous experience in pallet repair, warehouse work, or manual labour is preferred but not essential ✅Ability to use basic hand and power tools ✅Good attention to detail when inspecting pallets ✅Physically fit and able to handle manual work ✅Reliable and able to work rotating shifts ✅Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
