A reputable accident repair centre in York is actively seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Panel Beater looking to develop a long-term career within a nationwide automotive accident repair group. Benefits: Competitive salary of up to £59,800 per annum Paid breaks included in the 50-hour working week 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays Full in-house training and staff uniform provided Workplace pension scheme Long-term career development opportunities Working hours: Monday to Friday, with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings subject to business demandPanel Beater Duties: Replace and repair damaged or compromised bodywork panels Conduct chassis and framework repairs Perform welding and panel bonding tasks Complete bumper and door repairs as needed Maintain thorough knowledge of current product and repair techniques Deliver high levels of customer service to promote customer loyalty and referrals Adhere to health and safety standards and maintain an orderly work environment Complete duties as specified on job cards, ensuring work meets manufacturer and company standards Prioritise workload effectively, working independently while supporting team members during busy periodsRequirements: Recognised qualification in automotive Panel Beating or actively working towards an IMI certification Consideration will also be given to Panel Beaters with extensive panel beating experience and no formal qualifications Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Good organisation skills and initiative to prioritise tasks Ability to work independently whilst maintaining effective communication with colleagues A UK driving licence with minimal pointsIf you are a skilled Panel Beater seeking to advance your career within a respected automotive repair group, we want to hear from you.
