A well-established London law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to support a Residential Property Partner with a varied caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Paralegal with previous conveyancing experience to join a busy, client-focused team and take on a varied role covering both legal and administrative support. The Residential Property Paralegal role: Supporting freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Assisting with remortgages and transfers of equity Supporting fee earners with contracts, leases and completion statements Preparing Land Registry applications and title searches Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors and lenders Managing file opening, closing and general file administration Arranging appointments, meetings and diary management Assisting with post-completion matters Maintaining accurate electronic and physical files Providing telephone and in-person client supportThe successful Residential Property Paralegal: Previous residential conveyancing experience is essential Previous law firm experience required Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Strong client care skills Experience using legal case management systems Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Proactive, self-motivated and able to take ownership Comfortable working under pressure and managing competing prioritiesWhat's on offer: Salary of £26,000 - £30,000 Chiswick office location Opportunity to work closely with an experienced Residential Property Partner Varied residential conveyancing caseload Supportive and client-focused working environment Excellent opportunity for continued career development
