Park Safety & Compliance Leader

Haven is seeking a Park & Financial Safety Advisor to enhance safety and financial compliance across the park, working closely with teams and external contractors. The role focuses on risk assessments, audits, training, and incident investigations to support a compliant, efficient operation.

You will lead safety initiatives, ensure inductions and qualifications, and collaborate with leadership to implement energy-saving and recycling programs while contributing to weekly and monthly reviews.
