Our client is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist/Administrator to join their busy and growing practice on a part-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised individual who enjoys working in a client facing environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Key responsibilities will include:
Welcoming clients into the office and providing a professional first impression
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
Managing incoming and outgoing post and emails
Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
Preparing client correspondence and documentation
Maintaining accurate client records and databases
Filing, scanning and document management
Assisting with new client onboarding and administration
Ordering office supplies and supporting general office organisation
Providing administrative support to accountants and the wider team The ideal candidate will possess:
Previous reception, administration or customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A professional and confident telephone manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively
A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude Previous experience within an accountancy practice, financial services environment or professional services business would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
