Part-Time Catering Supervisor: Lead Kitchens & Service

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a part-time Catering Supervisor (30 hours/week) for a major High Street brand. You will oversee kitchens and service counters, ensure food quality, and maintain exceptional customer service.

Shifts are variable, and success hinges on leadership and hands-on coaching across catering teams. You will monitor KPIs, liaise between customers and teams, and uphold Health & Safety standards while representing a strong brand.
