Part-Time Cleaning Supervisor: Client-Facing & Quality

Mount Charles Group is a leading private facilities management provider based in Belfast, seeking a Cleaning Operative to join our team. The role is 16 hours per week, 9am–1pm, four days out of seven with every other weekend off, based in Glenowen, Belfast.

You will perform quality audits, client liaison, payroll assistance, staff induction support, and ensure hygiene standards across all areas, with a flexible approach and a strong customer focus.
