Orion Building Engineering Services is looking for an experienced and organisedPart-Time Finance Officerto join our office team in Hemel Hempstead.

We are an established building engineering services company with more than 20 years' experience, supporting customers with the maintenance, safety and reliability of their buildings. This is a varied position supporting the day-to-day finance function within a busy and friendly office environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Processing purchase and sales invoices
• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Bank reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Supporting payroll administration
• Assisting with financial reports
• Supporting month-end and year-end processes
