We are looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to join this Head Office team in Horsham and help colleagues work safely, confidently and effectively. The Health & Safety Advisor Package: Work Pattern Monday to Friday 08:45 – 17:30 33 days paid Holiday ~ Extra Day off for your birthday ~ Pension, Life Insurance ~ Employee Assistance scheme ~ The Health & Safety Advisor: You’ll be part of a small, supportive team that helps manage operational risk and promote the health, safety and wellbeing of our people. The Health & Safety Role: Review and maintain clear, practical policies and procedures Support effective health and safety systems that meet legal and business requirements Carry out risk assessments, incident investigations, reviews and data analysis The Health & Safety Advisor Person: You’ll bring a NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent (essential), plus a strong understanding of current health and safety regulations and how to apply them in a commercial environment. Flexible, collaborative, and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Strong organisation, administration, IT skills and attention to detail will help you succeed.
