Part-Time HR Leader for Manufacturing, Onsite in Hamilton

Iconic Resourcing is partnered with Ireland Alloys to appoint a part-time HR Manager based in Hamilton, Scotland. The role will own the HR function for ~50 staff, with 70% operational work and 30% strategic development, across day-to-day people matters and HR improvements.

You will partner with senior leaders, embedding structure, consistency and best practice across the employee lifecycle, driving changes that directly impact the business.
