Part-Time Hybrid HR & Recruitment Coordinator

Cairn Housing Association is seeking a Recruitment & People Coordinator to provide high-quality HR support and coordinate HR activities for our employees. The role is part-time with a hybrid pattern, combining remote and on-site work in Bellshill.

You will contribute to payroll coordination, data management, reporting, and policy advisory, helping ensure accurate processes and compliance while supporting a positive employee experience and Disability Confident commitments.
