Job Type: Part–time Hours: 21 hours per week Salary: £40,000 per annum pro rata (£24,000 for 21 hours per week) Location: Redhill We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a specialist complex care team, providing clinical leadership and oversight for adults and children receiving care in their own homes and community settings. This is an office and community-based role with responsibility for supporting the safe delivery and mobilisation of complex care packages. Working Pattern Flexible Monday–Friday working, with options including three full days or four half days and one full day. Weekend working is not part of the routine pattern, although occasional weekend support may be required. About the Role As a Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight for adults and children receiving care in their own homes and community settings, supporting the safe delivery and mobilisation of complex care packages. You as a Registered Nurse you will play a key role in the mobilisation of new care packages, clinical assessments, care planning, staff training, and competency assessments, while providing ongoing clinical guidance and support to care teams.
