Part-Time Retail Shift Leader | Store Ops & Team Growth

Lidl is seeking a Retail Shift Manager for a part-time, permanent role based in Merthyr Tydfil. You will lead store operations across shifts, motivate the team and ensure excellent customer service on the shop floor.

You'll work a 35-hour contract with varied shifts from early morning to late evening, with competitive hourly pay and benefits including holiday, discount, pension and long service awards. Bank holiday and night shift enhancements apply, with a focus on growth and development.
