Part-Time Support Worker roles (15 hours per week) £12.80 per Hour, sleep-in duties required when needed & not guaranteed Locations: Bridgnorth & Telford Joining bonus £200 (T&C's £50 on completion of onboarding, £150 on completion of 6 months probation) We support adults with learning disabilities to live independently in their own homes and communities, promoting choice, dignity, inclusion and wellbeing.

We're looking for three Part-Time Support Workers (15 hours per week).
Shifts typically range from 2 to 6 hours and may include mornings, evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
About your role As a Support Worker, you'll help people live fulfilling lives by providing person-centred support tailored to their individual needs and goals.
Activities may include shopping, attending appointments, social outings, leisure activities, holidays and support within the home.
Your Responsibilities Support with daily living tasks and personal care where required.
Encourage independence, choice and inclusion.
Support access to the community and social activities.
Assist with meal preparation and household tasks.
Administer medication following training.
Follow support plans and maintain accurate records.
Work closely with colleagues, families and health professionals.
About you Essential: Caring, compassionate and reliable.
Good communication and IT skills.
Flexible and able to work as part of a team.
Willing to complete training and development.
Able to work across services in Bridgnorth and Telford.
Desirable: Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism or complex needs.
Level 2/3 Health & Social Care qualification (or willingness to work towards one). xwzovoh
