Key Responsibilities

• Managing the reception desk and front-of-house area
• Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answering and directing inbound telephone calls
• Handling visitor enquiries and sign-ins
• Providing general administrative support
• Assisting with ad hoc office duties as required
• Ensuring reception areas remain tidy and presentable
