The Opportunity

 

The role offers involvement in a broad range of commercial property and commercial matters, including:

 

• 
  
• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals

Development and planning matters

Agricultural property work

Commercial leases and landlord and tenant matters

Business acquisitions and disposals

Share transactions and corporate support work

Development agreements, option agreements and overage arrangements

 

The successful individual will play an important role in maintaining and growing client relationships, supporting junior lawyers, and contributing to the strategic direction of the department.
