I am currently working on a highly confidential opportunity with a highly regarded Top 500 UK law firm, who are looking to strengthen their established Commercial Litigation team.


The firm is open to either an experienced Commercial Litigation Partner or a Legal Director looking to develop towards Partnership, making this an excellent opportunity for a senior litigator looking for genuine progression, autonomy and the ability to develop their own practice.


The Opportunity

This is a senior appointment within an established Commercial Litigation team, with significant scope for the successful individual to contribute to the continued growth of the department.

The role will suit someone who combines strong technical litigation experience with a genuine appetite for business development and winning new work.


The work includes:

• Shareholder disputes

• Contractual disputes

• Professional negligence

• Insolvency matters

• Wider commercial and contentious disputes

• Developing and maintaining client relationships

• Business development and winning new instructions
