Parts Advisor - Stratford Franchised Motorcycle Dealership We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join a successful motorcycle dealership. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about motorcycles and enjoys working in a customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting both retail customers and the workshop team, ensuring parts and accessories are identified, ordered and supplied accurately and efficiently. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Parts Department. Identifying, ordering and supplying motorcycle parts and accessories Handling customer enquiries both in person and by telephone Previous experience within a Parts Department, automotive environment, motorcycle dealership or retail customer service role would be advantageous. However, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
