We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join a successful motorcycle dealership.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about motorcycles and enjoys working in a customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting both retail customers and the workshop team, ensuring parts and accessories are identified, ordered and supplied accurately and efficiently.

The Role

As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Parts Department.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Liaising with customers, suppliers, technicians and manufacturers

Identifying, ordering and supplying motorcycle parts and accessories

Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently

Maintaining accurate stock records

Handling customer enquiries both in person and by telephone

Supporting the workshop with parts requirements

Ensuring the Parts Department is organised, professional and efficient

Providing a high level of customer service at all times
