Parts Advisor Job Location: Ferndown Industrial Estate, Dorset Job Type: Permanent Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 per annum Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday Friday 8am 5pm (no weekends) Benefits: 22 days holiday + bank holidays, supportive team environment, excellent training We are recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join a well-established, family-run vehicle dealer with an excellent reputation for customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with parts or automotive experience. Working within a team of 3 in the busy parts department, as the Parts Advisor you will: Deal with customer and technician parts enquiries Check availability, pricing and lead times Order and issue parts Book parts to workshop jobs Manage deliveries and stores Liaise with Service and Sales teams Keep internal systems updated For the Parts Advisor role, we are looking for someone who is: Experienced in parts/automotive Customer-focused with excellent communication skills Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment Enthusiastic and willing to learn Interested?
