Parts Advisor

Key Recruitment have a new opportunity for a Parts Specialist for one of the largest manufacturers of machinery in the world. This will be based in their parts & service depot in Sittingbourne, Kent. Permanent Monday-Friday 40 hours per week £29k-£33k Since first opening, our client has grown into a global brand with a presence in 140 countries around the world. Your role will include, but will not be limited to: * Ensure stock is unloaded, stored appropriately, and readily available when needed * Liasing with the dealer network and various internal departments * Maintain warehouse inventory ensuring stock availability is accurate * Arrange and complete packing and shipping services for our dealer and direct customers * Assist our customers and internal teams in selling, problem solving, receiving and delivery of required parts and supplies Our client can consider candidates from both the automotive and plant/heavy machinery industries, so see which skills match yours! * Plant/heavy machinery parts knowledge * Understanding of general mechanical/technical terms * Level 2 NVQ/Diploma in Vehicle Parts Operations or equivalent * Warehouse experience is advantageous * To be able to deliver excellent customer service Full induction to the company is available to ensure you're knowledgeable in your new role.
