Core Responsibilities Manage End-to-End Payroll: Process multiple monthly European payrolls utilizing third-party providers. Lead Country Operations: Own specific country payrolls based on your expertise, including all critical year-end activities. Audit Commissions: Independently audit complex commission reports and resolve related employee queries. Handle Benefits & Expenses: Differentiate, track, and process benefits and expenses accurately through payroll. Partner Internationally: Collaborate with Treasury for funding, Finance for journal reconciliations, and internal teams for variables. Drive Reporting & Audits: Deliver monthly reporting and successfully complete mid-year and year-end external finance audits. Cross-Train & Grow: Continuously cross-train on all European payrolls within the team to build ultimate operational resilience.
