Payroll Strategy & Compliance Leader

Capability Scotland is seeking an experienced Payroll Business Partner to lead and develop the payroll function for 1000 employees. You will oversee payroll processing from start to finish, ensure compliance with payroll legislation, and act as the trusted advisor on complex payroll issues.

The role requires managing a payroll team, liaising with HMRC and pension providers, and driving system improvements while delivering accurate, timely payroll services across the organisation.
