Roles Available
Electronics Assembler
Hand assembly of PCBs and electronic components
Coil winding and loom preparation
wiring, crimping, wire-stripping
Rack and cubicle assembly and wiring
Soldering (Surface Mount & Through-hole) and conformal coating
Following technical drawings, schematics, and production instructions
Using both manual and automated test equipment (Fluke meters, multimeters)
Test Operative Assembly and testing of electrical/electronic components
Visual inspections of electronic and light mechanical systems
Use of semi-automatic test equipment and encapsulation machinery
Rack and cubicle assembly, coil winding, and loom preparation
Minor painting and finishing tasks
Investigating production faults and ensuring quality standards are met
What Were Looking For Hands-on experience in electrical, electronic or mechanical production
Ability to read technical drawings, test specs and wiring diagrams
Skilled in manual dexterity tasks and attention to detail
Competence with electronic test equipment and Windows-based software
Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented
For Assemblers: Surface Mount and Through-hole soldering experience
For Production Operatives: ONC level or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic discipline preferred
