Pediatric Palliative Care Nurse Specialist

The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust's regional CHIPS service is seeking an experienced Nurse Specialist to join our expanding multidisciplinary team at Great North Children's Hospital in Newcastle upon Tyne.

You will deliver holistic palliative care to babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions across inpatient, outpatient and community settings, working autonomously within the CHIPS team and alongside regional and national colleagues.
