Pega Business Analyst - Active SC, PEGA £505pd (Inside IR35) Primarily remote 3/6 months My client is seeking two Automation Business Analysts with strong Pega experience to support a workflow automation programme. The role will focus on identifying automation opportunities, running discovery activities, engaging stakeholders and building a pipeline of use cases. Key Requirements Proven Business Analyst experience within workflow automation programmes Active SC Clearance Strong Pega knowledge and experience with low-code platforms Requirements gathering and business process analysis Stakeholder engagement, workshops and discovery sessions Feasibility assessments and cost-benefit analysis Backlog management and prioritisation Experience identifying automation and AI opportunities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have Experience with Power Platform and/or ServiceNow Experience in large enterprise environments Experience supporting digital transformation or automation initiativesHays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
