Are you a talented writer with a passion for creating compelling, client-focused proposals? We're looking for a Bid Writer to join a growing Bid Management team and play a key role in securing new business opportunities within the pensions administration sector.

Working closely with the Head of Bid Management, Bid Managers, and subject matter experts from across the business, you will contribute to the delivery of complex, high-value bid submissions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your ability to translate technical information into persuasive, customer-centric content will make a direct impact on our success.

As a Bid Writer, you will support the development of winning proposals by creating high-quality written responses that clearly articulate our strengths, solutions, and value proposition. You will work with stakeholders across multiple functions, helping shape bid strategies and ensuring content is tailored to meet client requirements.

The role requires excellent written communication skills, strong stakeholder management abilities, commercial awareness, and the confidence to work to challenging deadlines.
