Pension Delivery Specialist FTC
Location: Bristol (Remote Working)
Shift: 37.5 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday

We're looking for a Pensions Delivery Specialist to support the effective administration and delivery of pension scheme activity, ensuring colleagues and stakeholders receive an accurate, efficient and professional service.
You'll play a key role in the day-to-day management of pension administration processes, working closely with internal teams, pension providers, advisers and key stakeholders to ensure pension-related activity is delivered accurately, compliantly and in line with scheme requirements.

Role Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of pension administration processes, ensuring all activity is completed accurately and in accordance with pension scheme rules and regulatory requirements, with a focus on Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension arrangements.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, payroll teams, pension providers and third-party administrators to resolve queries and maintain high service standards.
- Maintain accurate member and scheme records, ensuring pension data is managed confidentially and in line with GDPR and pensions legislation.
- Support the review, reconciliation and processing of pension-related information, identifying and escalating discrepancies or risks where required.
- Provide clear and professional guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on pension queries, scheme processes and member benefits.
- Assist with pension governance activities, data validation exercises and pension administration projects as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pension administration processes and member experience.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:
- Previous experience working within pensions administration, trustee services, pension consultancy or an in-house pensions function.
- Strong knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) and/or Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes.
- Good understanding of pensions legislation, auto-enrolment requirements and pension administration best practice.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately when handling complex pension data and numerical information.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyse, reconcile and manage data effectively.
