Paraplanner Location: Lytham St Annes (Hybrid Working) Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours per week About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanner to join a growing and highly regarded Financial Planning business. Working as part of a professional and collaborative team, you will provide technical support to Financial Advisers, helping to deliver high-quality financial planning solutions to a broad client base. Key Responsibilities Conduct technical research across pensions, investments, protection and wider financial planning solutions. Support Financial Advisers with technical case preparation and recommendations. Maintain accurate client records, risk profiles and compliance documentation. Keep up to date with regulatory developments and changes within the financial planning sector. Requirements Essential Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Paraplanner within an IFA or Financial Planning environment. Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent), or actively working towards completion. Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, retirement planning, taxation and financial services regulation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
