upto £70K per annum
Pensions & Benefits Consultant is needed to work with a top international firm that delivers mission-critical engineering and strategic solutions and strengthen national security and defence readiness worldwide. They are trusted to enhance resilience, capability, and performance across land, air, sea, and critical infrastructure environments.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the pensions and benefits agenda across the region. Partnering with the wider Total Rewards team, you will gain exposure to strategic projects and make a meaningful impact on the employee benefits journey.
Skills:
Experience working in pensions & benefits.
Someone who has worked in pension for atleast 5 years min.
Someone who knows how UK pension scheme works.
Similar experience to a Trustee.
Strong knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) pension plans
