People & Culture Advisor (12-Month Maternity Cover)

CyDen is seeking an experienced People & Culture Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover in Swansea. You will work with the Head of People to deliver a proactive HR service across the organisation, covering employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, payroll support, engagement, and compliance.

You will act as a trusted contact for employees and managers, providing practical advice while maintaining compliant and well‑organised processes.
