VanRath is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with leaders across multiple sites in Northern Ireland. You will advise on employment matters, manage recruitment, onboarding and development, and help drive culture initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of HR experience with a relevant qualification or 4+ years without. CIPD associate status is desirable, with strong communication and stakeholder skills to influence at all levels.
