You'll be the driving force behind employee listening initiatives, helping leaders understand what matters most to their people and ensuring action follows insight.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Turning employee insight into practical, measurable action plans
  • Partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams to improve employee experience
  • Tracking progress and helping communicate the actions being taken
  • Coordinating people communications, ensuring messages are clear, engaging and accessible
  • Managing and developing people-focused communications, including internal newsletters
  • Supporting culture, engagement and well being initiatives throughout the year
  • Helping embed organisational values into everyday people processes
  • Supporting transformation and change programmes through effective communication and employee engagement activities

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong people insight with exceptional communication and delivery skills.

You'll likely bring:

  • 3-5 years' experience in employee engagement, HR, people communications, organisational change, culture or employee experience roles
  • Experience working within a People/HR environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to analyse feedback and translate it into meaningful actions
  • Experience supporting change and transformation initiatives
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • A practical, hands-on approach with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively
  • An interest in technology and how it shapes employee experience and organisational change

Why Apply?

This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact. You'll help shape culture, improve employee experience and influence how people experience change across the organisation. It's ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery and wants to help build a workplace where people can thrive.
