People & OD Business Partner

We have been exclusively retained by a respected housing organisation to appoint an experienced People and Organisational Development (P&OD) Business Partner on a fixed term 12 month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished HR professional to join a purpose-led organisation that is committed to creating a positive colleague experience, developing its people and delivering an effective, customer-focused People service.

Reporting to the Senior People and Organisational Development Business Partner, this role will provide high-quality HR advice, guidance and support to leaders and managers across a multi-site organisation, helping to deliver strategic objectives and support colleagues throughout the employee lifecycle.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will operate as a trusted People Business Partner, working collaboratively with leaders and managers to provide pragmatic, commercially focused and legally sound HR advice.
