People & OD HR Support (Hybrid)

Dyfed-Powys Police is looking for a People and OD Support (Human Resources) to provide efficient HR process support, including recruitment and selection, and to develop knowledge of employment legislation and Police staff terms.

You will utilise force and national HR systems to back the Police's business, with hybrid working and a buddy/mentoring approach in a welcoming, inclusive environment. The role offers development opportunities within a supportive People and OD function.
