Indigo is seeking a People Operations Coordinator in the UK to provide day-to-day administrative support across the full employee lifecycle. You'll help keep records accurate and ensure a professional, responsive service for staff and managers.

Reporting to the People Operations Lead, you will be the first point of contact for People-related queries, work closely with the wider team, own process improvements, and help the People function run smoothly during a busy maternity cover period.
