Working closely with leadership teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping people strategy, supporting organisational performance and delivering practical HR solutions that enhance employee engagement, culture and business success.

The Role
- As People Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle.
- Partnering with leadership teams to develop and deliver people strategies aligned with business objectives
- Advising managers on HR policies, procedures, employment matters and best practice
- Providing specialist support on complex employee relations matters, including investigations, disputes and employment-related risks
- Supporting organisational change initiatives and continuous improvement across HR processes
- Using HR data and insights to identify trends, improve engagement and support business decision-making
- Developing and implementing HR frameworks, tools and processes that support business needs
- Supporting key employee lifecycle initiatives including performance management, development planning and succession planning
- Ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation, regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Acting as a subject matter expert, keeping up to date with HR trends, legislation and industry best practice
- Building strong relationships across the business and delivering commercially focused HR solutions
The Person
- Significant experience working within a senior HR generalist, HR Business Partner or People Partner role
- Experience working within a fast paced, production led environment (manufacturing/engineering/logistics/warehouse/FMCG/construction)
- Strong experience managing complex employee relations matters and providing practical advice to senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to influence, coach and challenge leaders at all levels
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, commercial environment
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes and employment legislation
- Experience using HR data and insights to drive improvements and support decision-making
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- A strategic mindset with the ability to remain hands-on and operational when required
