People's Experience & Concerns Manager

BCUHB North Wales is seeking a PEARS Concerns Manager to coordinate investigations, redress, and learning from concerns across the organisation, improving patient and carer experience. The post holder will manage sensitive enquiries and lead the PEARS team in delivering timely, quality responses.
