People Team HR & Recruitment Coordinator

Bayne's the Family Bakers in Scotland is looking for an organised HR and recruitment administrator to join our People Team. You will deliver high-quality HR and recruitment administration across the business, supporting candidates, colleagues and managers.

You’ll coordinate interviews, maintain accurate records, onboard new starters and help keep HR processes running smoothly as we grow. A proactive, confidentiality-aware approach is essential to success.
