Personal Assistant Location: Beaminster Salary: £27,500-£30,000 Hours: 9am-5.30pm Mon-Thurs, 9am-5pm Fri Benefits: 25 days hols Bank hols (including 3 for Christmas shutdown), birthday off, no onsite parking but provide car parking permit for local car park, pension, medical insurance after probation, social events during the year Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working in an exclusive partnership with ourprofessional services client who are a well-established and growing firm based in West Dorset.They are seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant to work closely with the Head of the Private Client Department.You will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support, helping to manage a busy workload while ensuring clients receive an exceptional level of service.

The successful Personal Assistant will ideally have: Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator Experience within a legal or other professional services environment (not essential) Excellent organisational and time management skills The ability to prioritise workload, meet strict deadlines and remain calm under pressure Confident communication skills Professional and personable telephone manner Strong attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office A proactive approach and ability to use your own initiative Dedicated and committed to deliver outstanding client service.
Key responsibilities of the Personal Assistant include: Managing xwzovoh a complex diary and scheduling appointments Liaising with clients, professional contacts and third parties in a professional and empathetic manner Preparing correspondence and legal documents from dictation or draft Opening and progressing files in accordance with Company procedures Ensuring deadlines are met Organising meetings Maintaining accurate records Supporting the wider Private Client team as required Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
