customer-focused Personal Banker
to join their East Ham branch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills who is looking to grow within a reputable financial institution.
The Role
You will play a key part in helping the branch meet its sales and service goals by: Providing first-class customer service via phone, email, and in person
Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
Identifying sales opportunities and cross-selling banking products
Handling account openings, service requests, remittances, and cash operations
Supporting business development events and customer outreach
Ensuring adherence to AML, KYC, and internal compliance procedures
What We're Looking For
? Excellent sales and networking skills ? Strong communication and interpersonal ability ? Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build rapport ? Experience in retail banking or a similar customer-facing role (advantageous) ?
