An excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Locum Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a well-established Sheffield law firm on an interim basis. CRA Consulting is working in partnership with a respected regional practice that is looking to appoint an experienced Personal Injury Locum to provide support to its busy litigation team. This is a full-time, office-based position offering immediate start potential and a competitive hourly rate.

The Role
You will manage a mixed caseload of claimant personal injury matters with a particular focus on Intermediate Track and Multi Track litigation, including:
- Managing litigated Personal Injury claims from instruction through to conclusion.
- Handling a varied caseload of Intermediate Track and Multi Track matters.
- Advising clients on liability, quantum and litigation strategy.
- Preparing court documents, witness statements and schedules of loss.
- Negotiating settlements with insurers and defendant representatives.
- Working closely with counsel, medical experts and other professionals.
- Ensuring files progress efficiently whilst delivering excellent client care.
What we're looking for
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner.
- Previous experience managing litigated Personal Injury files.
- Strong knowledge of Multi Track and Intermediate Track litigation.
- Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
- Available to work full-time from the firm's Sheffield office.
- Excellent communication and case management skills.
