Personal Injury Solicitor (Senior Associate) – Bath

This is a Senior Associate level opportunity for a Tier 1 ranked personal injury team in Bath and an excellent position for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with significant experience handling complex, high-value personal injury claims, particularly those arising from fatal road traffic accidents.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in liability investigations rather than a predominantly quantum-focused caseload.

The Role

• Manage a varied caseload of complex personal injury matters with a particular emphasis on fatal road traffic accident claims
• Investigating liability issues, developing case strategy
• Deliver a high standard of client care
• Support, mentor and supervise junior members of the team
• Take an active role in the team's strategic objectives

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• At least six years' post-qualification
• Experience in claimant personal injury
